We are here to help you! :) WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: 1. Email us: - your full name - your phone number - your wedding/event date - the list of your bridesmaids (first and last name) with the styles and colors they will be wearing. 2. Email your bridesmaids our web site with the style dress and color they are to order. All our orders are done online. It is a secure, encrypted web site. MAKE SURE THEY PUT THE BRIDES NAME IN THE 'Comments' section which is at the end of the checkout. 3. Make sure they order the correct size. They need to have their measurements taken and compare the meaurements to the size chart in our size chart section for that manufacturer. If they need help determining their size, have them email us their measurements (bust, waist hips and height), and we will be sure to help them select the best size. You can also show them this youtube video on How to Measure for a Dress. (If you are at work this video will be blocked, since most offices block youtube access). Please remind your bridesmaids that formal dresses are cut right to the size chart which is smaller then department store size charts, so most likely they will be ordering a size number that is 1-3 sizes bigger then the size number they are used to buying. Have them order what will fit, they can later have it adjusted with a seamstress if necessary. HOW WE WILL HELP: - We will make sure your dresses all match the correct color tone by ordering your bridal party dresses together so that they come from the same dye lot. -We will keep track of the bridesmaids that have ordered and let you know by sending you an email when a bridesmaid has ordered and also if they are not ordering in a timely manner. You can either contact them to encourage them to order or you can provide us their phone number and email so we can send them a gentle reminder and order info. -You can email at any time and ask for a list of bridesmaids that have placed their order. -You will be providing your bridemaids a great low price for these great quality gowns and help with their order.
