Adorable, formal Flower Girl Dress. It has a matte satin bodice and the skirt is a double layer of tulle with free-floating rose petals all around the bottom. The dress has a lining for comfort, a crinoline layer and a 2nd lining under the tulle. There is a tulle sash which ties in a nice big bow in back.
